A. SOLICITA LA INFORMACI\u00d3N SUFICIENTE DE LOS ARRENDATARIOS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Es muy importante que solicites por medio electr\u00f3nico, a quienes solicitan arrendar tu inmueble: COPIA DE LA C\u00c9DULA DE CIUDADAN\u00cdA, \u00daLTIMOS TRES DESPENDRIBLES DE PAGO DE N\u00d3MINA O DE CUENTA DE COBRO EN CASO DE SER CONTRATISTAS, COPIA DE LA TARJETA DE PROPIEDAD EN CASO DE TENER VEH\u00cdCULO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Con la copia de la c\u00e9dula puedes verificar los antecedentes judiciales (https:\/\/antecedentes.policia.gov.co:7005\/WebJudicial\/<\/a>), disciplinarios (https:\/\/www.procuraduria.gov.co\/Pages\/Consulta-de-Antecedentes.aspx<\/a>) y fiscales (https:\/\/www.contraloria.gov.co\/control-fiscal\/responsabilidad-fiscal\/certificado-de-antecedentes-fiscales<\/a>) de quien solicita el arriendo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Verifica que el nombre de la empresa que expide la n\u00f3mina de pago coincida con los datos de contacto en la p\u00e1gina de RUES<\/a> y verifica la autenticidad del documento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    B. \u00bfQU\u00c9 TIPO DE SITUACIONES ME DEBEN PONER EN ALERTA CUANDO QUIERO ARRENDAR MI INMUEBLE?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Cuando el futuro arrendatario te entrega documentos como empleado pero al hacer la consulta en el RUAF<\/a>, est\u00e1 registrado en el r\u00e9gimen subsidiado o se encuentra en el r\u00e9gimen cotizante como inactivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Cuando el arrendatario tenga descuentos en la n\u00f3mina que corresponda a embargos judiciales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Cuando el arrendatario o coarrendatario\u00a0 se nieguen a proporcionar la informaci\u00f3n suficiente para la redacci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. TU CONTRATO NO REQUIERE SER AUTENTICADO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. En caso de necesitar ejecutar tu contrato de arriendo (Hacerlo cumplir por medio de una orden judicial) ES MUCHO M\u00c1S F\u00c1CIL si en el mismo quedaron registrados los correos electr\u00f3nicos de los arrendatarios.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
