REVISION FISICA DEL INMUEBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revisar que el \u00e1rea del inmueble y sus divisiones y acabados est\u00e9n conforme a la oferta que te han hecho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisar que la estructura del inmueble est\u00e9 adecuada para habitarlo de manera segura, ya sea que vayas a habitarlo o sea una inversi\u00f3n, siempre es mejor evitar futuros accidentes por temas de estructuras, o problemas con las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas o de acueducto del inmueble, para lo cual recomendamos la asesor\u00eda de un experto (INGENIERO CIVIL, ARQUITECTO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de que se trate de un lote, es importante tener en cuenta que las medidas y linderos que te ofrecen, coincidan con las reales, para lo cual te recomendamos la asesor\u00eda y acompa\u00f1amiento de un experto (TOPOGRAFO), nosotros te recomendamos los mejores.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. REVISION JURIDICA DEL INMUEBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Siempre debes solicitar al vendedor el CERTIFICADO DE LIBERTDA Y TRADICI\u00d3N del inmueble para verificar:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si el inmueble pertenece a quien pretende venderlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el inmueble se encuentra involucrado en alg\u00fan pleito judicial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el inmueble se encuentra con alguna limitaci\u00f3n para enajenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la persona que pretende vender es el \u00fanico titular del derecho real de dominio del inmueble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se debe realizar alg\u00fan acto jur\u00eddico al inmueble antes de la compra, tales como CANCELACIONES DE HIPOTECA, CANCELACI\u00d3N DE PATRIMONIO DE FAMILIA, ETC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siempre debes revisar los servicios p\u00fablicos del inmueble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisa el estado de cuenta del impuesto predial del inmueble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicita todos los documentos con una asesor\u00eda legal adecuada (<a href=\"http:\/\/wa.me\/573154784071\">DIANA CATALINA RICAURTE CHISCO<\/a>) evitar\u00e1s hacer gastos innecesarios, un mal negocio o ser v\u00edctima de estafa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C.
